01. Create a new MySQL database
02. Upload all the files in your root or sub-web directory
03. Using FTP set permissions as under:

Set full permissions (CHMOD 777) on the "/include" directory
Set full permissions (CHMOD 777) on the "/uploads_user" directory
Set full permissions (CHMOD 777) on the "/uploads_admin" directory
Set full permissions (CHMOD 777) on the "/uploads_admin/ads" directory
Set full permissions (CHMOD 777) on the "/include/smarty/templates_c" directory
Set full permissions (CHMOD 777) on every file inside the "/templates" directory

02. http://yourdomain.com/install.php or http://yourdomain.com/friends/intsall.php
03. Follow the installation steps
04. Now DELETE files -> "install.php" and "installsql.php"
05. Login into your admin panel with provided password
06. Goto -> "View Admins"
07. Change your password and email address (Important)
08. Goto 'View Plugins'
09. Install all the plugins (There are 2 types of Video plugins)
10. Using FTP delete following files in "admin" directory:

install_album
install_blog
install_chat
install_classified
install_education
install_employment
install_event
install_gift
install_group
install_music
install_poll
install_video
install_vidfeeder

Your installation is now complete.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Upload all of the files and folders contained in this .rar file (in the "/files" directory) to your server. Be sure to upload the files to the directory on your server where you have already installed SE Ultimate. Upload all files in ASCII mode.

2. Set full permissions (CHMOD 777) on all the files in the "/templates" directory.

3. Login to your SE Ultimate admin panel. On the "View Plugins" page you will see the plugin you have installed. Click the install link.

4. Using FTP in "admin" folder delete the 'install_gmap' file.

5. Your installation is now complete!

http://code.google.com/apis/maps/signup.html
